James has a background in corporate videography, photography and motion graphics. He developed these skills from learning and experimenting while making short films during his formative university years. After university, James spent more than a few years establishing a career for himself in corporate/event video — and neglected producing his own independent short film projects. James is now working to re-establish connections with imaginative, narrative genre filmmaking. His most recent short film work, “Five Course Meal” is an example of this, and James aims to create more unique, entertaining and memorable genre film works with a strong practical effects focus.
